Sharon Kay Marrero Gimmel, 52, of Mt. Washington, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2010 at her home. She was an Embroidery Specialist with Town Talk Manufacturing and a member of the Humane Society.
She was preceded in death by her father, Benny Ziemkowsky. She is survived by her loving husband, Chuck Gimmel; mother, Marietta Ziemkowsky, brother, Mike Loughmiller (Teresa); three nieces, Christy McDonald (Brian), Alexis Kippes (Scott), Lauren Hayes (Adam) and her two dogs, Sophie and Sadie.
Her Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
