Sharon Marie Gnadinger

Sharon Marie Gnadinger, 66 of Louisville, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026. She was born December 14, 1959, the eldest daughter of Jack and Barbara Kelleher. Sharon attended Wagner High School and graduated from Jefferson Community College with an associate’s in accounting. She spent most of her career in marketing and communication. One of her highlights was working with Paramount Pictures under the Phillips Advertising Agency. She finished her career after 37 years with PriceWeber Marketing and Communication.

In 1985, Sharon married Jim Gnadinger. They went on to have 3 children together, and Sharon was a devoted mother. She enjoyed celebrating each and every milestone of their lives. Just before she passed, she celebrated becoming a grandmother to the newest family member, Ursula Sophia Gnadinger.

She is preceded in death by her father: John Joseph Kelleher.

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 41 years: James “Jim” Gnadinger; her children: Tracy (Cliff), Matthew Gnadinger, and Christopher Gnadinger; her granddaughter: Ursula Sophia Gnadinger; her mother: Barbara Kelleher; her siblings: Steve Kelleher (Jody), Laura Kelleher, and Kevin Kelleher (Sarah).

Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Friday, July 10, 2026 at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218. Mass will be held at 10 AM Saturday, July 11, 2026 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 639 S Shelby St, Louisville, KY 40202 with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Martin of Tour St. Gregory Chapel.
