Shirley is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years; Orvill D. Adwell, daughter; Sharon Goldsmith, brother; Bob Spulak, and sister; Frances Petrasek.
Left to cherish Shirley's memory are her daughter; Sherrill Giraldo (Raphael), grandchildren; Shawn Goldsmith and Samantha Richardson (Brandon), and great-grandchildren; Saylor Goldsmith, Aria Richardson, and Evelyn Richardson.
A visitation for Shirley will be held Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40213. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 6, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home. Shirley will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
