She is survived by her loving children, Kenny Lape (Terry), and April Billups. Her siblings; Frank, Micheal, Herbert Armstrong, and Lynn Rizzo. And her 5 grandchildren; Kenny Lape III, Tommy Lape, VJ Billups, Adrianne Billups, and Mashayla Billups.
Services to celebrate Shirley’s life will be 10 am Thursday at Arch L. Heady-Cralle, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with burial at Cave Hill. Visitation will be 2-8 Wednesday.
