Skylar is now a guardian angel for her surviving parents; Crystal and Phillip Hibbard, Grandparents; Patricia and Stanley Propes and Bonnie Hibbard, Brother; Travis Hibbard, Aunts; Sharon (Scott) Diale, Angela (Robert) Banks, and Ashley Blackburn, Uncle; Daniel Hibbard, Cousins; Anthony, Chad, Hayden, Rocelynn, and Nicholas, and many other loving family members and friends.
Services for Skylar will be held Monday, December 30, 2013 at Noon at Evergreen Cemetery.
