She was a retired bus driver and chef and a member of the Southside Baptist Church.
Miss Allen is survived by four nephews, Robert Muller (Sherri), David Looney (Amy), and Joe and Paul Branham.
Her funeral will be on Tuesday at 7pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 2-7 pm.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
