Terrance Blake Duncan, 69, of Louisville was born on December 10, 1953 to the late William L. and Maryann (Hall) Duncan and passed away on August 15, 2023. He was a member of the I.A.T.S.E. local 17. He is survived by his brother, Stephen Duncan. Cremation of the remains was chosen. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 4-8 pm on Wednesday August 30, 2023 at the Southern Home of Arch L.
