Terry Atkins

Terry Atkins passed away on 4/11/2022 at home with his wife Debbie. Terry was preceded in death by wife Bonnie Doyle, son Bradford Atkins, grand daughter Jennifer and daughter Lynn Mattingly. Terry is survived by his wife Debbie Hardison, his children Jeremy and

Steven Atkins, Chris (Amy) Mattingly and his grandchildren Isabella & Sophia. He is also survived by his faithful dog Bones.

Terry was a lifelong Catholic and a founding member of

Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta. Terry was a dedicated member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church. Terry retired from Dartco Inc. in Sellersburg, IN. and was a long time employee of the Old Fisher Packing Co in Louisville, KY. Terry was also a 1968

graduate of DeSales High School & a member of the original graduating class of Jefferson Community College in 1970. He received his BSBA from the University of Louisville in 1987. Terry was an Amatuer Radio Operator and held an advanced class license along with being a known member of the “Motor club” with his 1978 Gremlin.

Visitation will be held Tuesday at Evergreen Funeral Home from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 4:00 pm.
