Terry Jennette

Terry Jennette, age 82, of Louisville, Kentucky went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. He was reunited with his bride of nearly 54 years Sharon (Loyd) Jennette and daughter Kimberly (Jennette) Meeks.

Terry was born on January 31, 1943 to Walter and Marie Jennette. After graduating from Valley High School, he served in the United States Army Security Agency, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He retired as a Chemical Operator for Rohm & Haas.

Terry enjoyed history, fishing, metal detecting, reading and spending time with family.

Terry is survived and missed by his son Todd Jennette (Geralyn), daughter Tiffany Love (Darryl), and seven grandchildren, Will and Michael Jennette, Ella and Jack McMillan, and Ashley, Nicholas and Noah Love.

Terry is also survived by his brother Richard Jennette (Pat), sister Gale McCoy (Jeff), and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Terry will be held Sunday, March 9, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A celebration of life in Terry's honor will begin on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Terry will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
