Kimsey, Terry M. 54, passed away Sunday January 29, 2017. Terry loved spending his Sundays on the golf course and he was an avid U of L fan. He was preceded in death by his father Oakley Kimsey. Terry leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 30 years Karen Kirchner Kimsey, son Daniel Kimsey (Erika) and granddaughters Averee and Evelyn Kimsey. He is also survived by his mother Jane Kimsey, siblings Tammy Kimberlin (Greg) and Tom Kimsey (Kim), mother-in-law Mary Kirchner and many dear nieces and nephews. A service to honor the life of Terry will be held Saturday at 10am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday from 2-8pm at the funeral home and will resume Saturday at 9am. Expressions of sympathy can be made to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Hosparus of Louisville.
