She was born August 11, 1926 in Harlan, Kentucky, daughter of the late Robert and Delora Cornett Feltner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Willingham; a daughter, Mary Jane Willingham; two sons-in-law, Guenter Irmscher and Bob Sims; and a grandson, Steve Champlin.
She retired from Louisville Bedding and was of the Baptist Faith.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Geraldine Latham (Larry), Clara Irmscher, Dottie Britton, Barbara Willingham, Brenda Sims, Karen Simon (Russell) and Buddy Willingham (Angie); nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and also brothers and sisters
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 28, 2011in the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2 – 8 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
