Mr. Lewis was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran.
Left to cherish the memory of Theodore are his wife; Joyce, children; Charles Allan Lewis Sr. (Susan), James Paul Lewis Sr., Donald Wayne Lewis I, Barbara Renee Pierce, Kimberly Lee Lewis, Michael Shane Lewis (Markitia), Mark Paul Mattingly, Mark Edward Tomerlin (Sandra), and Richard Dale Tomerlin, and 64 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services to honor the life of Mr. Lewis will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home Monday at Noon with visitation Sunday from 3-8pm at the funeral home.
