Theresa (Pierce) Young, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away January 26, 2021. She was a 1966 graduate of Presentation Academy and attended Spalding University. Theresa was a loving mother devoted to both her family and her Catholic Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville “Bud” and Adeline Pierce, and infant brother Edward Pierce.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Michelle Kemper(Danny) and Melissa Riggs(Jeremy), grandchildren, Kyle and Mia, and sister, Margaret “Maggie” Beyer (Darrell).
Visitation will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 9am-11am with a prayer service at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home in Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, Kentucky 40219 with a private burial for the family to follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to, Catholic Mass of the Air, 1200 S. Shelby Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40203.
