

He was a proud Louisville native, he graduated from Male High School, attended Kentucky State, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville. As a young man, he enjoyed playing tuba in the band, practicing martial arts, and honorably served in the U.S. Army. During college, he became a member of Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity and later worked with at the University of Louisville and retired from the Louisville MSD. A devoted supporter of the University of Louisville, he passionately cheered for all Cardinal sports, especially UofL Basketball.
Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Charles T. Graham; mother, Mary Ruth Graham; brother, Howard E. Graham.
He is survived by his two sons, Thomas (Andreama) William Graham, and Adrian (Danielle) Livingston Newton Graham; five grandchildren, Thomas William Graham III, Malcolm Andre James Graham, Laila Sarai Graham, Maya Anaesa Graham, and Aria Trouve Graham; three sisters, Gwendolyn G. Struggs, Denise (Adrian) B. Blackburn, and Yolanda G. Graham; special friend, Janice Ervin; nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service to honor Thomas will be 1:00pm Monday, June 29, 2026 at First Virginia Ave Baptist Church, 3601 Virginia Ave. Louisville, KY 40211 with inurnment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, KY 40218.
Family will receive friends 12pm-1pm, Monday, June 29, 2026 at First Virginia Ave. Baptist Church.
