Mr. Hanna was born July 24, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky a son of Shirley Hanna and the late Thomas Lee Hanna.
Dwayne had worked in the Oklahoma oil fields for 5 years, and worked for Perkins Environmental for several years. He loved riding motorcycles, and working on them. He will always be remembered as a fun loving, free spirited, and kind hearted person who will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother he is survived by two sons; Keith Hanna of Henryville, Indiana, Steven Whitt of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. One daughter; Jordan Basham of Fredericksburg, Indiana. Two grandsons; Cody and Thomas Whitt of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. Along with a host of extended family and friends who will sadly mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home-Taylor Blvd. Burial will follow in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West under the direction of Waddell & Whitt Funeral Home.
Friends may visit after 11 a.m. until the service hour.
