He was United States Navy Veteran, owner and operator of Louisville Dental Casting a member of Highland Park Lodge #865, Robinson Lodge #266, Louisville Scottish Rite, York City Rite Iroquois Chapter #193, York Rite College, Kosair Shrine, O.E.S. Chapter #576, AAHMED Grotto, and Society of Past Masters.
Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years Faye Kilner Nichols; children Thomas E. Nichols Jr. (Tori), James Michael Nichols (Shanna), and Patrick L. Nichols (Tennille);brothers Steven L. Burgees and Bob E. Burgees (Janice) sister Rosetta M. Dalton; 11 grandchildren; our good buddy Al Goldsmith.
His funeral service will be at 12:00 P.M. Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, KY. Visitation Wednesday 2-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
