He was always the one to play a joke and keep everyone laughing, an avid University of Kentucky fan and known to speak fluent sarcasm.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas D. Woodard Sr. and Sheila Woodard and his sister, Cindy Woodard.
Those left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Kaylee Woodard; fiance, Sara Bell; sister, Mindy Woodard and brother, William Woodard Sr.; multiple nieces and nephews.
Cremation has been entrusted to Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Boulevard.
