He was a cook with Mark's Feed Store and was a MP with the US Army.
Timothy is survived by his parents, Timothy Milliner, Sr. and Melissa Burkhart; a brother, Kele Wehrman; and his grandparents, Earl A. Milliner, Dorothy C. Milliner, JoAnn Woodring and John Burkhart.
