Todd Allen Plappert, 77 passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021. Todd retired after many years from Plumbers Supply Company and went on to work for Home Depot. He was a proud member of Teamsters Local 89. When Todd wasn’t working hard for his family, he loved the outdoors. His hobbies include caring for his yard, hunting, fishing, camping, boating, bowling, golfing, and shooting pool. Todd was an avid UK fan.
Todd was preceded in death by his loving wife Carolyn Plappert, sister Mary Ann Martin and parents Emil and Margret Plappert.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughters Dana Bryant, Carolyn Sharp (Lee) and Barbara Plappert. Todd is also survived by his grandchildren Stephanie Floyd (Kevin), Nicole Jones (Beau), Paige Evola and Cristina Evola and great grandchildren Brennen, Alivia, Hunter, Lincoln, Noah, Sophie and Caroline.
A service to honor the life of Todd will be held Wednesday, October 6th at 2pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home with entombment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 11am until the start of the funeral service.
