I had the pleasure of working with Charlene. She always helped to start my day off in the right direction with a warm smile and a good morning. You just knew that she actually cared about what kind of day you where having and how you where doing. Just a very kind & caring human being. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her husband and family.

I just can’t fathom this... If not for Charlene (and Will) who I met in my hometown of Chattanooga (1995), I would not be in Louisville, have my husband or my children. We both met & fell in love with some boys in Louisville which shaped our future and the family / friends we have today. I’m so very heartbroken and recall nothing but laughs and smiles with this beautiful human. Much love to the family.

Charlene and I went to elementary school (Evensville) and high school together. She was always so sweet and kind. Years could pass and you could see her and she would always have that big, beautiful smile on her face.

I was so saddened to hear of her passing and will keep her family and friends in my thoughts and prayers.

May peace come to the family, and healing as time goes on. It is so hard to lose such a young, vibrant, and beautiful young lady in the prime of her life. We all loved Charlene, You couldn’t help but love her if you was around her just a very short period of time. We will always cherish the memories we had growing up together with all the cousins, we miss you and we love you.

My son and I had just met her through a service project at her place of employment, but she left an everlasting mark on our lives. She was so kind and so patient. It was obvious in a short time of being around her that she was a "giver" to all. She just had a way of making you feel welcome and comfortable. She was a special person.

We extend our deepest sympathies to her husband and family.

I was so shocked and saddened. My heart goes out to her family and friends. She was a beautiful person not only in appearance but in how she treated others. Thinking of all of you today and praying for strength. ❤️
