Victoria Ann Vincent, 66, of Louisville, passed away April 16, 2016. She is survived by her husband, Donald Vincent; her daughter, Charon Fowler; and her grandchildren, Spencer, Gabriella, Sophia, and Olivia Fowler. Funeral service will be 12pm Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8pm Monday.
