She was born February 3, 1929 in Dingras, Philippines, the daughter of Marianito Madamba and Flora Albano. She was preceded in death by her parents, seven sisters and one brother.
Violet was a 1952 graduate of University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse in various hospitals in Boston, San Francisco, Pueblo and Louisville. She was also a member of St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Dr. Cesar Archangel; her children, Joseph-Caesar (Beng), Susan, Albert (Carol), Mary Lynn (Kent) and John Caesar (Lori); thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A mass to celebrate Violet’s life will be conducted at 9:30 AM on Friday, March 6, 2015 at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 S. 6th St. Visitation will be from 2-7 PM on Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd.
