

She was born in Bonnieville, Kentucky on January 1, 1921 to the late Charles and Lillie Perkins Durham. She was also preceded in death by her husband of nearly 60 years, James Osborne, in 2005; and by two brothers, David and Billy Durham. Vi was a homemaker, beloved sister, mother, and grandmother. She was loved by everyone.
Mrs. Osborne is survived by her daughter, Sharon Dance; son, James "J.B." Osborne, Jr.; Granddaughters Jenifer (Lanny) Arnold and Julia (Bill) Dance; two sisters, Joan (Beler) Heath and Eva Dodson; four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Wanda and Charlie Boyd.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at Noon at the O.D. White and Sons Funeral Home located at 2727 S. Third Street. Visitation will be held from Noon to 8:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Bonnieville, KY.
