She was born on May 30, 1940 to Arthur and Rena Wilt in Louisville, Kentucky.
Wanda graduated from Ahren’s Trade School in 1958. She dedicated many years to Louisville Manufacturing where she worked as a seamstress until she retired. She loved to watch Western movies and cook for her family and friends. She will be missed.
Along with her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by her sisters Anna Katherine and Delores Newlan; and her brother in law, Ernie Newlan.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 35 years, Wally Pedigo; her daughter, Kathy Cherwak; and her ex husband and his wife, Johnny and Margie Shade.
A visitation for Wanda will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home in Louisville, Kentucky on Tuesday November 25, 2025 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM with a funeral service to follow in the same location beginning at 2:00PM. Wanda will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
