William "Bill" R. Lewis Jr., 74, of Hillview, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. He was born in Louisville on June 6, 1949. He enjoyed UK basketball and collecting UK sports memorabilia.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 55 years, Mary J. (Philpott) Lewis; sons, Brian Lewis-Byrnes and Shaun Lewis; brother, Greg Lewis (Lisa); sister-in-law, Dolores Biles; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 3 nieces; 2 nephews; and many loving friends.
Visitation for Bill will be Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, 40219. His funeral service will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
