William Forrest "Bill" Forrest, III, 59, of Louisville passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Kindred Hospital. Bill was an avid musician.
He is preceded in death by his father, William Forrest Porter, Jr.
Bill is survived by his children, Heather Glidewell and William "Bill" Forrest Porter IV; mother, Dollas Hellmueller (George); and granddaughter, Alexis Taylor Wright.
Visitation will be from 1-2pm and from 3-7pm on Sunday with a funeral service at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.
