Through the years, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, Wanda Lee Wright in 2002 and also 13 brothers and sisters.
Bill served in the U.S. Army and was a Veteran of World War II. He retired as a brass assembler from American Standard and then went on to retire again from Weight Watchers of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. He was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church.
Bill resided with and is survived by his loving family, including his daughter, Carol Ogden; grandson, William Richard Quick; granddaughter-in-law, Belinda Quick; great-granddaughters, Robin and Sara Quick and also by his loving grandson in South Carolina, David Ray Ogden.
Cremation will be handled by Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road and the family will conduct a private memorial service to place his ashes with those of his beloved wife.
