William P. Brown Jr. “Bill” 74, passed away October 28, 2018. Bill was born January 9, 1944 in Louisville, KY to the late William and Jessie Brown. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy and went on to graduate from University of Louisville. Bill was a pioneer in the Document Imaging Industry. His greatest loves were his grandchildren, fishing and tinkering with everything.
Bill is survived by his son William P. Brown III (Tracy Jo), grandchildren Matthew A. Brown and Abigail E. Brown, cousin William Lindsey (Elizabeth) and many dear family members and friends.
A service to honor the life of Bill will be held Saturday at 10am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Road. Visitation will be Friday from 3-8pm at the funeral home.
