Kayse & Family,
If memory serves me correctly, I last saw Billy at the bowling alley. He seemed to be enjoying himself so much. His involvement with Special Olympics was great, I fully plan to see all of you tomorrow and also plan to be there for the service. Billy has now been blessed with peace and he deserves it after all he has been through.
