William is preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Virginia; and sons, Larry and Ronald.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his children; son, Alan Goodman (Vicki); daughter, Kimberly Goodman; 1 grandchild and 2 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 2:00pm at Arch L Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville Kentucky, 40218 with a private burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm.
