He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Harlow Sr.
Billy is survived by his loving wife: Michelle Harlow, their children: Travis Harlow (Ashley), Dakota Harlow and Olivia Harlow, grandchildren: Adam, Travis Jr Harlow. His mother, Pauline Harlow and his siblings: Robert Harlow, Chuck Harlow, Troy Harlow and Angie La Master (Gary).
A funeral to celebrate Billy’s life will be conducted at 12 noon on Saturday, May 23, 2015 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 1-8pm Friday, May 22, 2015 and after 11am the day of the funeral.
