William Milton Holstein, age 94, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany with the 43rd Infantry Division. He retired from St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church after 37 plus years of service, was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, a Kentucky Colonel, and a renowned woodworker and painter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice M. Nix Holstein; and brothers, Raymond Holstein and Marvin Holstein. He is survived by his son, James Holstein(Susan); grandchildren, Joshua Holstein and Anna Holstein; and his sister, Lavada Adams.
Funeral service will be 10am Friday, January 17, 2025 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 4pm-8pm Thursday and 9am-10am Friday at the funeral home.
