Bill will be missed by his wife of 54 years, Judy; children, Liesa Booher (Dewayne), Kimberly Masters (Darrell Vincent), Billie Jo Tomsic (Tony) and Courtney Bruner (David); six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sisters, Carin Gassman, Cathy Murphy (Joe) and his brother Robert W. Masters.
A Celebration William’s life will be celebrated at 11:30 on Friday, October 6, 2017 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville.
