William “Bill” E. Miller, 95, of Louisville passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014.
He was a traveling pharmaceutical salesman for the former Julius Schmidt Company. He also served in the Marines during World War II.
Bill is preceded in death by his grandson, Gregory Tallent.
He is survived by his loving wife of 75 years, Geneva Darst Miller, daughters, Linda Tallent (Michael) and Marilyn Bertelson (Dale), grandchildren, Melissa Perry (Scott), Lauren Bertelson and Daniel Bertelson (Jessica). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service to celebrate Bill’s life will be conducted at 10am on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation which will be held from 4-8pm on Monday, June 2, 2014 and after 9am the day of the funeral.
