William "Bill" E Paragon passed away October 4 2016, Just days shy of his 79th birthday. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Floy Ray Paragon. Left behind to cherish and honor his memory are his sons, William D "Dan" Paragon (Sharon) and David W Paragon (Nina) and their grandchildren: Kayla, Benjamin, Hannah, Chandler, Haley, Dawson, Connor, Joshua, and Brantley. Also a host of Nieces and Nephews and other family and Friends. He was a retired employee of the Louisville Water Co with 34 proud years of service. He also proudly served his country as a member of the US Army. Along with loving and caring for his family he was a Lifelong fan of Kentucky Basketball and has passed that love on to his family that still carries it on. Visitation will be held Friday from 4-8pm with funeral Saturday morning at 10:00 am at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. He will be buried alongside his wife at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, who was waiting 23 years to welcome him into Gods Kingdom.
