William C. "Bill" Simpson Sr.

William C. “Bill” Simpson, Sr. went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 5, 2020. Bill is a US Army veteran, a Mason, and a member of the Scottish Rite Choir. Bill was a loving husband, dad, and “C-pa” who loved the outdoors, wood-working, and bluegrass music.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lee Burnett; his parents, Edgar and Grace Simpson; and 7 siblings.

Left to cherish Bill’s memory are his children, Toni Lea Lange, Andrea Lynn Braden (David), William “Billy” Simpson, Jr. (Brenda); 9 grandchildren, Leah, Gracie (Stephen), Martin, Jenilyn, Angie (Robert), and James (Nicole); 9 great-grandchildren, Katelyn, Lilli, Cole, Claire, Madeline, Timmy, Jetta, Jaiden, and Eva; and 1 great-great-grandchild, Noah.

The Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday from 2-8pm at the funeral home.
