William L. Van Hook,94, March 13, 1922-March 9, 2017. Mr. Van Hook served our country during WWII in the United States Army and retired from General Electric. He was predeceased by his wife of 69 years, Marth L. Van Hook on January 2, 2017
Surviving are his daughter, Dr. Cathy G. Van Hook (Dr. Roger W. Richardson); son, Dale “Kent” Van Hook; sister in-law, Margaret Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, from 12:00 - 2:00pm on Sunday March 12th, with funeral at 2:00pm in the Resthaven Chapel with reception immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Adam’s Pantry Highview Baptist Church, 7711 Fegenbush Lane, Louisville, KY 40228.
