YOUNG, WILLIAM F. "TENNESSEE BILL" JR., 53, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009, at Norton Hospital. He was retired from Norton Hospital. He was preceded in death by his significant other, Tina K. Elkins. He is survived by his son, Daniel C. Thomas; brother, Michael D. Carter; nieces; Shannon M. Carter and Samantha Richey, nephew; Johnny Richey III, granddaughter, Kyra Thomas; and great-niece, Shyanne M. Cox. A celebration of Mr. Young's life will be held noon Monday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial to follow in St. Stephen's Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Toys for Tots.
