I heard about Wyatt through an interview from his mother and my condolences to you on your beautiful handsome son. It's a sad story  and one that needed to be told. Thankyou to Wyatt mom for sharing.  The beautiful photo's of him and the life he was looking forward to was  to brief. The drug cartels and "fake imitation pills"  they are making to look like prescription drugs but they are "FAKE" laced with fentynal that kill instantly.  High school and college age or anybody need to be educated not to buy street pills.  I also want to  say that Wyatt is a hero for donating his organs. They gave him an honor walk. His life will continue in your hearts and the people who received his organs. God bless you and give you his love and peace until you are reunited with your beautiful son. Mary

I'm so sorry i just heard the news tonight and am lost for words. One of my favorite memories with u was at the paddock pool when u would have me swim out inch by inch to see how far u could run and dive over me which scared me to death at the time but thats just your crazy personality. When we first met Wyatt at his high school graduation, we both looked at each other and thought, " Holy moly, can this family get any better looking???" 
But that was not his strongest asset. His strongest asset was his kindness and ready smile. I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face. His kindness is another beautiful trait he shared with your wonderful family.
We are heartbroken for your family in  this terrible loss and pray that in time, his memory will only bring  tender smiles.

Wyatt, I still can't believe you're gone. You were one of the most genuine people I've ever met with such a contagious spirit. I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my whole life as I did when I was around you. We met while working at Drakes, a night I'll never forget, and immediately connected & became the closest of friends. Whether we were playing scrabble in your basement, riding around listening to Billie, playing FIFA, or trying to find "Secret Winda" (thank goodness we finally did), we always had the absolute best time. I could always confide in you about anything & everything, and I'll never forget the advice you gave me the last time I saw you. Wyatt used to live down the street from me in Rolling Ridge. One day he was driving by and saw my mom and I struggling to pick up a fallen tree in our yard. He stopped and asked if we needed help, before we got to respond he jumped out to offer a helping hand. I’ve known Wyatt since elementary school and that’s exactly the kind of person he is: a helping hand and happy spirit. He will be so missed by many.

My model brother always brought the positive energy to set. There was never a dull photoshoot with him. I call him the gold fish thief. We have a station during our shoots where we can snack on gold fish and I caught Wyatt taking soooo many gold fish one day. If you know me, that’s my favorite snack. So the whole set stopped when I caught him taking them all and now we get extra gold fish during our shoots. He always kept me laughing during these extra long shoots. Always complimenting everyone. Always smiling. My next shoot, I’ll save some gold fish just for you brother. Rue-Chella will never be the same without u. R.I.H 

Wyatt had recently become my neighbor, and though I only had the pleasure of speaking with him a few times, his infectious personality and positivity had an immediate and lasting impact on me. Truly one of the most kind people I've ever met. The world lost a special human being. My deepest sympathies to Katie, his friends, and his family.

I am so sad about the passing of Wyatt. I remember him as very sweet and engaging. I really enjoyed throwing the football 🏈 with Wyatt while waiting for Mackenzie to get out of school at Simpsonville  elementary. I think the last time I got to hang out with him was at the Edinger Fish Fry ....I believe we threw the football then as well or possibly a frisbee.Whatever the case it was always so nice to be in his presence. I am so sorry for your loss Julie, Mark ,Amanda and Tanner. I have fond memories of you all.

We will always remember him playing with the twins, and coaching him in sports as he grew from a young boy into a young man. Wyatt was a natural leader without having to try. The first time I met Wyatt was when he was in high school. I will never forget when I took Wyatt and Krysta to wild eggs for breakfast, going with him to Baskin Robbins with Micah and Bailey (Micah forgot shoes and Wyatt pulled some out of his trunk and made Micah wear them inside Baskin Robbins), and being there for prom pictures. Your kindness, humor,  love, and generosity was unmatched. I will never forget the smile and laughter you brought to the room.  Until we meet again you will be missed terribly.

        I’m not even sure where to start when leaving a memory about such an amazing, kind, smart, LOVING, young man whom changed the world by just being “himself”.....the son of Mark & Julie....the sibling to Amanda & Tanner, & MOST of all a friend to anyone he met. I’ve known Wyatt for several years and would see him frequently when he attended Collins HS. Every time he would give that big Wyatt smile and say “Hey Mr. Perdue...how are you today?” and always with eye contact and sincerity. Very special young man. My last contact with Wyatt was just before this past Christmas. He contacted me to order personalized pallet trays for both his parents and step-parents. That really impressed me as most 22 year olds are not that thoughtful BUT Wyatt was not like most. I will never forget when he came by the house on December 17th to pick them up. His usual big smile doubled in size when he saw the trays and told me that I made his Christmas shopping so easy and thanked me over and over. We talked for about 20 minutes catching up on his life, career and family. It was clearly apparent to me that he was well on his way to a happy and successful life. He wasn’t out of the drive 5 minutes when I received a text from  him with another thank you...which was so Wyatt.   

Mark, I only met Wyatt once when he was younger. I can’t  imagine the pain your experiencing and just want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I will keep you and your family in our prayers.    Stay strong!  Bob McDowell

Wyatt. This is absolutely heartbreaking. You have been my friend for as long as I can remember. Growing up with you was always so much fun and it was impossible to be anything but happy when I was around you. You were the kind of friend I could call at anytime of the day/night and say “hey I’m bored” and we would find something to do. Even if it was playing with random things in the toy aisle at Walmart or riding around all night long singing songs together. This isn’t going to be an easy healing process for any of us, but I have to believe you’re in a better place. I know you and Malik are watching over us all.

Wyatt was full of life, energy and had an infectious smile. My last encounter with Wyatt was with his girlfriend Katie and they were roller blading around the property where he lived. They were dancing in the park and it made me smile seeing them have so much fun. I didn’t know Wyatt long but he warmed my heart the time I did. The world has been robbed of an amazing young man. 

Wyatt, 
You were always so kind and genuine. One of my favorite memories of you was when you picked me up and we rode around in your car and listened to music for hours. You introduced me to the best music. I will forever hold these songs true and dear to my heart. The last time we hung out, we spent it at Mateo’s Pool, hanging out in the sun and enjoying the company of all of our friends. We hung out in the hot tub and laughed the night away. I’m going to miss you, friend. Thank you for reminding me to live life to the fullest. Rest easy, big guy.

Wyatt was extremely kind to me and even though I was just the cleaning lady he never treated me as such. He was always super sweet and respectful. I will always remember him singing to the contemporary Christian songs I was listening to while cleaning. He made me smile. He made me laugh. He was truly a blessing to know and I will miss his outstanding personality. In the days ahead I pray comfort and peace to the ones left behind. 

I had the privilege to be Wyatt’s soccer coach and I remember that he was a good kid, great player and always had a smile on his  face when we had practice or games. My sincere condolences to his family.

Words can’t describe how different the world will be without you in it. Your kind heart, goofy personality, and genuine kindness attracted friendships with people from all walks of life. When we first met, you were the first person to make me laugh so hard and so genuinely for the first time in what felt like years. Dang.... Where to start. I met you back in the 7th grade through my brother and you were such a joy to be around. My entire family got to know you & enjoyed your presence. Still remember the time we boxed in high school and it didn’t end well for me lol... Also, that year or so in college where we basically lived together was one of the best years of my life. We’d always go to the rail road tracks at UofL and just hang out. I won’t ever forget the park bench next to UPOINTE... Also, all the times we went out, it was so fun.. You were such an easy person to talk to as well. I could literally bring up anything to you and we could talk for hours..  Everytime I watch Dortmund I’ll remember you for sure.. Wish I could play you in fifa one last time... but I know you’re in a better place. Rest In Peace Wyatt 

Wyatt was a shining beam of light, and could put a smile on anyone's face. Working with him was a joy, and he touched so many of us at Rue Gilt Groupe. He was undeniably special, and will be missed greatly. We are all so thankful to have met him, and his loss will no doubt influence many to love without abandon and to treat everyone with kindness, just as he did every day. 

Man....when I heard of your passing Saturday night I was absolutely shaken. As many have said and will continue to say you were so loved and so full of life. I can’t think of one time I ever saw you down on your luck. Every time we hung out, met you for some pick up soccer, or just played some FIFA you had a huge smile , wavy hair and a red bull that seemed bigger than the one before. You’ll always be the biggest Borrusia Dortmund fan I know. You loved the yellow and black through and through. You did things your own way and with such style it came off with such ease that it never needed to be explained. You will be missed you’ll always be loved and always remembered. Wyatt was so loved by everyone. My favorite thing about him was that he was always real. He was the same with one group of people as he was with a completely different group of people. That made people feel welcome and brought people together. Wyatt was always kind to me and made me laugh every time I saw him. Although, I only saw him occasionally after high school, I thought about him and kept up with him on Facebook and other social media because his life was always so full of light and it made me happy. Wyatt will live on forever in all of our memories. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

I had the honor of sharing Christmas with Wyatt last year. Katie is a dear friend and she brought him to her parents home for celebration!
We laughed as Wyatt went thru scratch offs . He explained he was very lucky at scratch offs. He didn’t win but a few dollars but he hopped and hollered like was 5000. His laughter and spirit for the season was contagious. 
He will be missed.

I knew you before you came into this world but I never in a million years imagined you would leave first.  Sweet boy, you brought so much joy to your family and the world around you. This seems so unfair. You made such an impact on so many here and were literally and figuratively larger than life. My heart hurts for everyone who loves you and those who weren't fortunate to have loved you yet. They've lost out. We've lost out.

I remember you being so little and running all over the place on Webb road, working with your dad and my dad side by side. You grew up. You got strong. You got brave. Man, never thought in a million years I’d be leaving you a message in a memory book. We were suppose to grow old and look back on our younger days and laugh. I remember when we first met playing football together at the youth league and you always were the best competition, motivator and friend anyone could ask for. Wyatt and my daughter Audrey were friends for as long as I can remember.  I got to see him grow up through the years as they always remained friends since elementary school. Wyatt always so well mannered and always had the biggest smile. He is up there with Malik now, both taken way too soon. 😥

Wyatt was always a light in my life. We had spanish 2 together in highschool as well as a gym class. He was never too upset to smile, and always helped me to smile and try to be happy throughout my bad days. I’ll miss Wyatt and the light he always brought.

I’ll never forget first meeting Wyatt. Honestly I am certain I don’t think anyone could forget when they first met him. He had a light about him that no one could dim. From our times with friends, to getting you to come work at Drakes, to covering for you when your dad would show up and you weren’t there but you were  “in the back helping with the keg room.” Not a single memory of you doesn't include a hilarious outcome. You never failed to leave everyone you talked to with a smile and that’s something I will never forget about you. Rest easy good friend. You will be so greatly missed.

I didn't know you personally but during the time we went to school you were super nice, and funny and a big hoot during prep rallies. You will be greatly missed by alot of people. Rest Easy and watch over everyone. Gone too soon. But God has a reason for everything. Praying for your close friends and family while they try to understand God's plan through all of this. Wyatt, one of my best friends. We were dating and suddenly you and all of your friends took me in. We all just became friends, and after dating remained that way. I’m so glad our friend group has endured time and obstacles and I know you are a huge reason why. You were a rock of a friend and if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t know what a true friend was, and I never would have met the love of my life. You never wanted anything but for everyone to be happy. I promise I’ll be happy and live life like Wyatt would. 

I met Wyatt as an Orientation Leader when he enrolled in university at the University of Louisville. I helped him and his mom move into his first dorm room and stayed connected with him throughout his time in college. Wyatt never met a stranger which inspired me as his campus mentor. Somehow he knew everyone I had ever known simply by his willingness to communicate to anyone, anywhere. Wyatt will forever be remembered as the life of the party and the most encouraging friend. You will certainly be missed by many brother. May you rest on this day and all the days to come.

Wyatt will be greatly missed. He was one of the most positive people I’ve ever met and I always will admire his charisma. No matter how long it had been since we had seen one another he would always make time to catch up with me and always ask how I had been doing. The world is a better place because Wyatt was in it.
