She is survived by her sons; Bai He Chiu (Fanny) and Shndong Zhao (YinYan) and daughters; He Shun Zhao (Zhi Qiang), Yin Feng Zhao(Guo Qing) Yin Xiang Zhao (Jian Ling), Yin Yuan Zhao (Wen Tong) and Yin Juan Zhao (Shan Hong) 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 10 am Saturday, November 19, 2011 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Road with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be after 9 am the day of the service.
