

Cesar will be remembered for his warm and welcoming nature. He had a remarkable ability to strike up a friendly conversation with anyone, often leaving strangers feeling like lifelong friends. Thoughtful and generous, Cesar expressed his care for others through meaningful gifts, always taking the time to learn what brought joy to those around him. He was a talented artist who loved drawing and painting, and a devoted fan of the Raiders, proudly wearing their colors whenever he could.
He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Cesar is survived by his parents, Eva Olivia Najera and Rafael Valdez Morgan, and his sister, Liz Valdez.
A visitation will be held on May 7, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Allnutt Funeral Services – Hunter Chapel, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland, Colorado. A rosary will take place on May 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Catholic Mass at 11:00 a.m., both at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1000 Country Acres Dr., Johnstown, Colorado.
