Christian Michael Dawsey was the beloved son of Andrea Venice Dawsey and Jerico Shane McKnight, both deceased. He was born on March 3, 2004, in Boise, Idaho. He was 22 years old when he passed.
From an early age, Christian brought energy, humor, and kindness into the lives of the people around him. Christian attended grade school and middle school in Greeley. He spent many seasons playing baseball through Greeley/Evans Rec, where he was an excellent catcher and a strong pitcher.
Christian was a 2022 graduate of Fossil Ridge High School. He completed four years of apprenticeship in the electrical trade and was ready to test to become a journeyman electrician. Christian began working as an electrician the week after his high school graduation. He truly enjoyed hands-on electrical work, took great pride in what he accomplished each day, and often shared pictures of his latest wiring projects. Most recently, Christian worked as a project manager for Loenbro in Arvada.
Christian was always quick to smile. He was fun-loving, thoughtful, and polite, with a special way of making others feel comfortable. He loved clothes and enjoyed dressing with care and style.
Christian was a member of the Grand Ronde Indian Tribe out of Oregon.
Christian is survived by his grandmother, Leslie Cazamira; uncle, Logan Sheafe (Sara) and his three children, Theodore, Eben and Sidney; grandparents, Mike and Luretta Dawsey; his dog, Leo; and longtime girlfriend, Kenzie Swygman.
Christian was deeply loved by all who knew him, and the memories he created will live on in their hearts forever.
The tears in our eyes we can wipe away.
The ache in our hearts will always stay.
