Dear Karen - My heart breaks for you and your family!  Jim was a wonderful man that was always so cheerful and so friendly.  Our staff so enjoyed it when you two and Jackie lived at our apartments.  What a huge loss for your family and the friends of Jim.  I have thought about all of you so often since I read the obituary.  Good people come from Nebraska if they are anything like the two of you!  I am sure you have many great memories of this very special man.  Take care, Karen!
