

Juan S. Rodriguez, Sr., 97, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away at home with his family by his side on Friday, October 3, 2025. He was born on March 31, 1928 in Gary, Indiana to Jose and Simona (Saladana) Rodriguez.
Juan was raised in Marion, Texas. During his early years, he worked in the cotton fields. He then began working at Lackland Air Force Base and went on to work at Industrial Electric, working as a line equipment operator. He was a member of IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) for 65 years.
Juan married his darling love, Sulema Ochoa, on May 21, 1949. They were blessed with six children.
Juan was raised Catholic, but was a firm believer in God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, driving to visit his family, tinkering around in his garage and watching sports, westerns and Spanish television.
Juan loved his family and enjoyed visiting, telling stories, joking and laughing with them.
Juan is survived by his daughter, Diana Gonzalez of Casper; sons, Juan "Nuno" Rodriguez, Jr. (Valerie) and Frank Rodriguez (Char) both of Loveland; brothers, Juan "Nani" Rodriguez of Loveland, Rudy Rodriguez of Brownwood, Texas and Mingo Rodriguez of Loveland; 17 grandchildren, Yvonne, Eric, Desirae, Angelina, Raquel, Melissa, Renae, Chrystal, Zach, Ace, Niles, Peggy Sue, Sergio, Adan, LaVonne, Ramon and Gilbert; 32 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sulema, daughters, Helen and Alice, son, Gilbert, parents, Jose and Simona, his younger twin brother, Ruben and brothers, Ismael and Bernardo "Nio"; sister, Suzie and grandson, Elliott.
A Funeral Service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Allnutt Funeral Service-Hunter Chapel, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland followed by interment at Loveland Burial Park.
