Kathy has been a great friend to me for a long time. We had fun traveling together once I remember was to Disney World in Florida and another great trip was to San Diego. For one of my Birthdays we stayed at McGregor Cabins in Estes where several of us played games to all hours as we watched NFL Playoffs. We worked together at HP/Agilent and also Group Publishing. She joined me in my swimming classes in Greeley. She was always quick to help me with a ride to rehab appointments as I also helped her with rides. We were almost opposites. She loved her quilting and crafts, her house was always spotless and she was a perfectionist at a lot that she did. I’ll miss her so much. You just don’t realize what a big part of your life a person can be until you lose them.

Kathy was such a joy every time I got to see her. She was so kind and welcoming to my daughter and I even if we weren’t family. We spent many birthdays and holidays with the Carmicheal’s, and in turn, Kathy. She always made the best gifts for the girls and was always there for each event no matter what.
One day Katie and I were going somewhere together and she was telling me about her recent weekend with Kathy and how much fun they had. I made the comment that I wished I had a Grandma Kathy because I liked her so much too! In all seriousness Katie turned to me with a hint of jealousy and protection in her voice and said, “How do YOU know my Grandma Kathy?!” I laughed so hard!! This conversation took place after years of spending several holidays and birthdays with all of them! Oh how that Katie girl loved her Grandma! ❤️❤️

In 2018 i spend 1 and 1/2 months at my Grandma house. While I was staying with her, we spent one day up in the Este's mountains. I will never forget this day. We got sandwitches at the Este's deli. Then we went down to the river sat there and watched the animals. Then drove around the mountain, just talking, laughing and enjoying one anothers company.

From day one kathy accepted me and my daughter, as Stephen and I expanded our family we made many memorable memories. I will miss watching football games, preparing Christmas morning breakfast together, bbq during the summer time. One memory that always gets me is the Christmas Eve she gave me gift wrapping lessons, she wasn't fond of my wrapping steve and I laughed about this site years but years to follow I got much better. I am going to miss my mother in law so much.

My favorite memories would have to be the holidays, as I got older these memories started meaning so much more to me. Mom and I had a great tradition going from when Brandy and I first moved into are house.
Mom started coming up for Thanksgiving and Christmas, Brandy and I wanted to start having are on traditions. So about 15 years ago we started having Mom come up, she loved these times with her family she loved watching her grandchildren grow and as years passed these became even more memorable.
I seen myself grow older because I always new what the holidays meant to my Mom, and started to make it all even more special, are family.
I will always cherish the Holidays and my Mom will forever be in my memories.💚

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy remotely for a few years. She was always wonderful, very positive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I finally got to meet her in person on a trip to Loveland, she welcomed me into her home as family. I miss working with her, and will remember her fondly forever.
