

He grew up with 5 siblings 3 brothers and 2 sisters. As a child, he lived in many places like Indiana, South Dakota, Wyoming, and New York. He was always causing a ruckus with his siblings.
Kurt married Mary Alice on July 22, 1988, and together they raised their daughters. Kurt was a handyman of all trades and there was not much he couldn’t do. From pouring concrete to a spa technician and from woodwork to mechanics, He spilled passion and love into every project he took on. His hands were always roughly callused and truly told this story of hard work and dedication throughout his entire life.
Kurt had many hobbies but most of his time went into his cars, a 1969 Chevy Nova and a 1971 El Camino. He loved hitting the local car shows or just going out for a cruise! Other than mechanics he enjoyed racing go-karts, playing golf, camping, and going on adventures with his Grandchildren.
Kurt loved hitting the junkyard to find parts, he also loved browsing flea markets! Some of his mottos included “Enjoy this short trip called life”, “Keep the tires burning”, “Full of Love” and “Life’s too short to drive boring cars”!
Kurt was preceded in death by his father Frank, Brother Kim, Sister Nita, and Daughters Mercedez and Mysteree. He is survived by his Daughters Megan and Kirstie, his Grandchildren; Makaila, Diezel, Tone, Kaidan, Kingston, Mya, and Zadie, Nephew Joseph, Brother Chris, and more.
A celebration of Kurt’s life will be held as a graveside service on Tuesday, July 13,2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Berthoud Colorado at 11 am.
