

Lucinda "Cindy" Roseann Bard, 70, a longtime resident of Loveland, CO, died Monday, September 8, 2025, 17 days short of her 71st birthday. She was born on September 24, 1954 in Waterloo, IA to Eugene Victor and Doris Evelyn (Albertson) Bard.
Cindy attended Irving Elementary School, Hoover Junior High School and West High School all in Waterloo. She went on to earn her Associates degree from St. Francis Hospital Radiology Technician School in 1975. She also earned certifications in CT and Ultrasound.
Cindy was a member of Foundations Church in Loveland and enjoyed hiking, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Cindy was loved by her family and everyone who knew her for her sense of humor, quick wit, infectious laughter and blunt honesty. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was compassionate and dedicated her life to serving others through her career in the medical field. She doted on her grandchildren. She was an avid pickleball player and loved to hike the mountains with her friends. (Kinda clumsy on the pickleball court, though).
Cindy is survived by her daughter, Tori Kelly and spouse, Shaun Kelly; sister, Dianne Mansfield of Loveland, CO; brothers, Gary Bard and spouse, Bich Hop of Fort Wayne, IN and Edward Bard and spouse, Jeanie of Guthrie, OK; grandchildren, Dylan Kelly and Jemma Kelly both of Ault, CO and Joseph and Jacob Kelly of Northglenn, CO and many nieces, nephews and beloved friends and co-workers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Doris Bard.
A Memorial Celebration of Life for Cindy will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2025 at Allnutt Funeral Service-Hunter Chapel, 2100 North Lincoln Avenue, Loveland.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to The Wild Animal Sanctuary, 2999 County Road 53, Keenesburg, CO 80643.
