

Margarita Molinar, 56, of Loveland, Colorado, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026, in Loveland after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on March 25, 1969, in Los Angeles, California, to Rosalba Barraza and Carlos Molinar.
Margarita was a remarkable woman whose kindness, strength, and resilience touched the lives of all who knew her. She faced life’s challenges with unwavering courage and a positive spirit, inspiring family and friends through her determination and grace.
A devoted mother, Margarita instilled in her children the values of love, compassion, and perseverance. She was especially proud of her grandchildren, Matthew Townsend II and Amanda Townsend, who brought immense joy to her life. She treasured every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love.
Despite her battle with breast cancer, Margarita embraced life fully and found happiness in the simple things—tending to her garden, cooking for her family, and sharing stories with friends. Her infectious laughter and warm spirit brightened every room she entered. She had a special gift for making others feel valued and supported, and her legacy of kindness and friendship will continue to live on through those who loved her.
Margarita is survived by her devoted friend and companion, David Manshadi; her daughters, Betsy Townsend and Stacie Reyes; her son, Richard Rincon; her sisters, Patricia Munoz and Mindy Munoz; and her beloved grandchildren, Matthew Townsend II and Amanda Townsend.
Margarita was preceded in death by her parents Rosalba Barraza and Carlos Molinar.
She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love she gave and the strength she showed.
Funeral services will be held on March 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Allnutt Funeral Home, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland, Colorado 80538. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Margarita’s life by sharing memories and honoring the incredible impact she made on those around her.
