He is survived by his mother Beverly Chiavelli, Children: Austin and Ashley, and Grandson Axel and Kelli Chiavelli Summers.
His father Ralph preceded him now and sits by him in heaven.
Mark was born in New York on 10/03/1974 and later moved to Colorado in 1984.
