

Michael was born and spent part of his childhood in Pueblo, CO. After graduating high school he served in the U.S.Army Security Agency. Part of his service was done in Vietnam. After serving he worked at the phone company and in the mid 70's he became a member of California's largest sheriff department. Mike spent most of his career as a member of the County Sheriff's “Tech Crew”. While a Deputy Detective member of the Crew, he received his department's “Distinguished Service Award”. Most of his career had him involved with 'high tech” equipment, and it's development and use. Towards the end of his career and into retirement, he became involved in the field of 3D printing. The addition of his 3D printing 'expertise' helped increase the efficiency and utilization of necessary usage of computer forensics. He also enjoyed experimenting and making various 3D printed animals and seasonal objects to give away.
Mike and his wife, Denise, were married for 31 years and reside here in Colorado. Also in Colorado is his sister, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held 10:00 am on February 24, 2025 at Allnutt Funeral Service, Drake Road, 650 W. Drake, Fort Collins, CO 80526.
